The office report was listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 8th July, 2015, when the following order was passed:

"Despite twice opportunities granted earlier to the learned Counsel for the petitioners to take fresh steps for effecting service upon respondent Nos. 1, 2, 6 and 8 has not yet been complied with. Post the matter before the Hon'ble Judgeinchambers for further directions."

Thereafter, the Office Report on default was listed before Hon'ble Judge in Chamber on 23rd September, 2015 when His Lordship was pleased to pass the following order:

"Learned counsel for the petitioners is granted four weeks' time to cure the defects as pointed out in the office report dated 18.07.2015, failing which the special leave petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court."

It is submitted that fresh show cause notice to unserved respondent Nos. 1, 2, 6 and 8 was issued on 16th November, 2015 by Regd. A.D. Post. Neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover containing the notice has been received back from the said respondents so far.

It is further submitted that dasti notice through concerned District Court was also issued on 16th November, 2015 in respect of unserved respondent Nos. 1, 2, 6 and 8. Compliance report with proof of service from concerned District Court have been received on 23rd December, 2015 and 20th January, 2016 in respect of respondent Nos. 6 & 8 and 1 & 2. Service of notice is complete.

The office report is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court for orders. Dated this the 29th Day of February, 2016.
