"In all the matters four weeks time, as last chance is given to all the served respondents to file the counter affidavit.

The learned counsel for the petitioners shall within a period of four weeks file the fresh particulars of the unserved respondents he shall also take appropriate steps for the service of notice to them within the same period. List again on 16.8.2016."

SLP(C) NO. 32421/2015

It is submitted that there are total 11 respondents. Mr. Rajesh Singh and Mr. Gaurav Sharma, Advocates for respondent Nos. 45 and 6 respectively have not filed counter affidavit. Track Report of Speed Post in respect of respondent No. 8 shows remark "Item received" but none has entered appearance on his behalf. The Advocate for the petitioner has not taken fresh steps for service on respondent Nos. 13, 7 and 911 so far.

Service is incomplete in respect of repsondent Nos. 13, 7 and 911.

SLP(C) NO. 32422/2015

It is submitted that there are total 23 respondents in this matter. Mr. Rajesh Singh and Mr. Gaurav Sharma, Advocates for respondent Nos. 1314 and 15 have not filed counter affidavit. Track report of Speed Post in respect of respondent No. 17 shows remark "Item received", but none has entered appearance on his behalf.

Service is incomplete on respondent Nos. 112, 16 and 1823.

SLP(C) NO. 32423/2015

It is submitted that there are total 11 respondents in this matter. Mr. Rajesh Singh and Mr. Gaurav Sharma, Advocates for respondent Nos. 56 and 7 respectively but they have not filed counter affidavit. Track report of Speed Post in respect of respondent No. 9 in SLP 32423/2015 show remark "Item received". But none has entered appearance on his behalf.

Service is incomplete on respondent Nos. 14, 8 and 1011.

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this office report.
