Ld.counsel for the common respondent No.2 seeks and is given four weeks time to file the counter affidavit. The other respondents shall also be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within the period provided above.

SLP(C) Nos.15420-421/2013

Mr.Y.Raja Gopala Rao, Ld.counsel appears for the respondents. He seeks and is given four weeks time to file the vakalatnama and the counter affidavit. List again on 2.12.2014."

It is submitted that pursuant to the above quoted order Mr.Y. Rajagopala Rao, Advocate has not filed counter affidavit on behalf of common respondent No. 2 in both the above mentioned matters so far.

Service of show cause notice is complete in both the matters.

SLP(C) Nos. 15420-15421 OF 2013

It is submitted that Mr. C.K. Rai, Counsel has filed Vakalatnama and Appearance on behalf of respondent No. 1 but he has not filed counter affidavit on behalf of him. Mr. Y. Rajagopala Rao, Advocate has not filed Vakalatnama/Meme of Appearance and counter affidavit on behalf of the respondent No. 2.

Service of show cause notice is incomplete in respect of respondent No. 2 in both the Special Leave Petitions.

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
