UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R In terms of our Order dated 19th February, 2010, we had intended to hear out the matter at an early date, but unfortunately the same could not be taken up since counter affidavit has not been filed on behalf of the respondents. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that such counter affidavit will be filed within a week from date. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within two weeks thereafter. Let this matter be pre-poned from the date on which it has been fixed and be listed in the month of January, 2011, on a non-miscellaneous day. In the meantime, the respondents shall remain restrained from collecting interest on the infrastructure development charges and in the event they have disconnected connection on account of non-payment of interest, the same should be restored forthwith.
