The matters above-mentioned were listed before the Ld. Registrar's court on 11th July, 2014 when the following order was passed:-

"SLP(C) No.18902 & 18924/2012

The respondent No. 2 shall be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within a period of six weeks. Service is complete as against the other respondents, but no one has entered appearance on their behalf. They shall also be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within the period provided above.

SLP(C) No.15420-15421/2013

The office report indicates that service is complete as against the respondent No.3 but no one has entered appearance on his behalf.

Ld.counsel for the petitioner shall take fresh steps for the service of notice to the unserved respondent Nos.1 & 2. He shall do the needful within a period of three weeks, failing which appropriate orders shall follow on the next date.

List again on 15.09.2014."

It is submitted that pursuant to the above quoted order Mr.Y. Rajagopala Rao, Advocate has not filed counter affidavit on behalf of common respondent No. 2 in both the above mentioned matters so far.

SLP(C) Nos. 15420-15421 OF 2013

It is submitted that in terms of order quoted above show cause notice was issued to unserved respondent Nos. 1 & 2 on 7th August, 2014. Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover has been received back from any of the respondents.

Service of show cause notice is incomplete in respect of respondent Nos. 1 and 2 in both the Special Leave Petitions.

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
