It is submitted that pursuant to the order quoted above, the instant matters have been tagged with Civil Appeal No. 1304 of 2010.

It is further submitted that there are five common respondents in both the matters. Respondent No. 2 is represented through Mr. Y. Rajagopala Rao, Advocate but he has not filed counter affidavit. A.D. cards duly signed have been received back from respondent Nos. 1, 3, 4 and 5 but no one has entered appearance. Service of notice is complete in both the matters.

Pursuant to order quoted above show cause notice was issued on 27th May, 2013. A.D. card duly signed has been received from respondent NO. 3 but no one has entered appearance so far. Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received from respondent Nos. 1 and 2. Service of show cause notice is incomplete on respondent Nos. 1 and 2.
