It is submitted that Special Leave Petition(C) No. 6680/2016 arising out of common order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 05.04.2016, when the Court was pleased to dismiss the same. A Copy of Record of Proceeding dated 05.04.2016 is being enclosed herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.
