UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Issue notice, returnable on 21.07.2023.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that an amount of Rs.5 lakhs has already been deposited in the Trial Court.
In the meanwhile, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner subject to the condition of the petitioner depositing a sum of Rs.2.50 lakhs with the Trial Court within a period of eight weeks from today. If the amount is not deposited within the stipulated time, the interim relief granted shall stand vacated without further reference to the Court.
