"Delay condoned. In view of the additional affidavit filed by the petitioner, we issue notice to the respondents, returnable in eight weeks. Dasti, in addition, permitted."

It is submitted that accordingly show cause notice usual as well as dasti was issued to all the five respondents. Mr. Chandra Prakash, Advocate has filed vakalatnama on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 4 but he has not filed counter affidavit so far. Mr. Shreepal Singh, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/memo of appearance & counter affidavit on 31.03.2015 on behalf of respondent No. 5 and counter affidavit is being circulated with this office report although it has not been served upon Mr. Chandra Prakash, Advocate for respondent Nos. 1 to 4. A letter has on 08.04.2015 issued to the counsel for respondent No. 5 in this regard but counsel for respondent No. 5 has not filed proof of service so far.

Service of show cause notice is complete.
