It is submitted that there are five respondents in the matter. Mr. Chandra Prakash, Advocate has filed vakalatnama on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 4 but he has not filed counter affidavit so far. Mr. Shreepal Singh, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/memo of appearance & counter affidavit on behalf of respondent No. 5 and counter affidavit is included in the paper books although it was not served upon Mr. Chandra Prakash, Advocate for respondent Nos. 1 to 4. A letter was issued on 08.04.2015 to the counsel for respondent No. 5 in this regard. The counsel has now filed proof of service of counter affidavit upon Mr. Chandra Prakash, Advocate.
