UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
- 1 During the course of the hearing, the voting results of the meeting which was held on 8 December 2021, which are placed in a sealed cover, have been opened.
- 2 A copy of the report which has been submitted by the advocate for Respondent No 13 shall be made available to the assisting advocates of Mr N Venkataraman, Additional Solicitor General and Mr Darius J Khambata, senior counsel. Copies may be made immediately and handed over to the counsel so that the counsel can assist the Court on whether the requisite majority as required by the circular of SEBI dated 13 October 2020 has been achieved during the course of the meeting. This shall be without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties in the present proceedings.
