UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Heard learned Senior counsel for the petitioners.
Taking into consideration the averments made in the application for deletion filed by the petitioners, the said application is allowed and the proforma respondents are ordered to be deleted from the array of parties.
Cause title be amended accordingly.
Issue notice returnable on 03072023.
The Instructing Counsel of Mr. Basava Prabhu S Patil, learned Senior counsel, who is on caveat, accepts and waives formal notice on behalf of Respondent No.4.
Counter affidavit may be filed by the said respondent.
Let notice be issued to other respondents.
Dasti service, in addition, is permitted.
Liberty is also granted to serve the Standing counsel for the State of Karnataka.
Meanwhile, the refund of the amount deposited by Respondent No.4 before the High Court as well as further proceedings before the Special Land Acquisition Officer shall remain stayed.
