These review petitions arise out of Judgment dated 13.02.2017 rejecting the submissions of the petitioners that the Helicopter purchased by Chattisgarh Government was by floating a sham tender and that in the process loss was caused to the public exchequer. After considering the documents on record it was found that no case for interference was made out.

The review petitions, inter alia refer to discovery of new material and documents and make submissions under the heading "error apparent on the face of the record". We have gone through the contents of the review petitions, as well as the additional affidavit and the documents. We do not find any ground or justification for exercise of our review jurisdiction. These review petitions are dismissed.
