It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. Umang Shankar, Advocate on 11.03.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 16.10.2015 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA No. 6141 of 2015(O&M).

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has filed two applications for condonation of delay in filing the SLP and refiling the SLP (i) there is a delay of 39 days in filing the SLP (ii) a delay of 45 days in refiling the SLP. There is a total delay of 84 days in filing and refiling the SLP.

It is further submitted that the instant matter is tagged with SLP (C) CC. Nos. 9820-9821 of 2016 Entitled "Subh Ram Versus State Of Haryana And Ors." as both are arising out of common followed judgment.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
