As requested two weeks time is granted to respondent Nos. 1 and 3 to 5 to file the counter affidavit.

As per office report, service of notice is complete on respondent Nos. 2, 7 & 9 to 11 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

At this stage, Ld. Counsel is appearing on behalf of Respondent No.7 submits that she has already filed the vakalatnama
