The Special Leave Petition above mentioned has been filed against the final Judgment and Order dated 19.12.2014 passed by the High Court of Karnataka at Bangalore in R.F.A No 553/2003.

It is submitted that Mr. Shailesh Madiyal, Advocate has filed letter dated

23.06.2015 and copy of the letter has been included at page no. 294 in the SLP paper books.

The application for condonation of delay in refiling the SLP in the matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber on 10.07.2015, when His Lordship was pleased to pass the following order:

"Delay in refiling the Special Leave Petition is condoned."
