UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

In terms of order dated 27.10.2017 of the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers, respondent nos.5 and 6 in SLP(Crl.)No.3815/2015 and respondent nos.4 and 5 in SLP(Crl.)No.3816 /2015 were required to be served through the concerned SHO and Jail Authority and report thereafter be submitted within six weeks. However, despite said order, learned counsel for the petitioner has not filed spare copies of the special leave petition to serve respondent nos.5 and 6 in SLP(Crl.)No.3815/2015 and respondent nos.4 and 5 in SLP(Crl.)No.3816/2015. As a result, notice could not be issued.

Learned counsel for the petitioner shall file spare copies within one week, as a last chance, for compliance of the order dated 27.10.2017 of the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers.

In case, learned counsel for the petitioner fails to file the spare copies within stipulated time, the matters be listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further orders.
