Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to all the respondents in both the matters.

Since, above position was listed before Ld. Registrar Court time to time to furnish fresh particulars of respondent nos. 5 and 6 in Special Leave Petition (Crl.) No. 3815 of 2015 and respondent nos. 4 and 5 in Special Leave Petition (Crl.) No. 3816 of 2015, but noncompliance of Registrar's Court order in the matter was lastly listed on 23.08.2016, when the following Order was passed:

"The Ld. Counsel for the respondent Nos.1 to 3 and 7 to 11 have failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules. Service of notice is complete on the respondent No.4 but no one has entered appearance on his behalf.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has failed to take appropriate steps for the service of notice to the respondent Nos. 5 and 6 despite opportunities. Viewed in that context, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further future directions. Await orders. List thereafter.

SLP(Crl.) No.3816/2015

The Ld. Counsel for the respondent Nos.1 to 3 have failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has failed to take appropriate steps for the service of notice to the respondent Nos. 4 and 5 despite opportunities. Viewed in that context, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further future directions. Await orders. List thereafter."

It is submitted that service of show cause notice is not complete on respondent Nos. 5 and 6 in Special Leave Petition (Crl.) Nos. 3815 of 2015 and respondent Nos. 4 and 5 in Special Leave Petition (Crl.) Nos. 3816 of 2015. Counsel for the petitioner has not furnished the fresh address of unserved respondents as well as spare copies of the Special Leave Petition. Hence, show cause notice could not be issued to unserved respondents in both the matters.

The office report on default in the matter abovementioned is therefore, is listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers.
