The matter above mentioned has been filed by Mr. Sanjay Jain, Advocate on behalf of Petitioners against the final impugned Judgment and Order dated 10.12.2014 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in CRAD No. 1010DB of 2013.

It is submitted that there is a delay of 288 days in filing the Special Leave Petition and a further delay of 78 days in refiling the Special Leave Petition and the Counsel has filed applications for condonation of delay in filing and refiling the Special Leave Petition.

It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition (Crl.) No. 38153816 of 2015 (arising out of Criminal Miscellaneous Petition Nos. 71327133 of 2015) arising out of same judgment were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 01.05.2015 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to direct issue of notice. Copy of the Record of Proceedings dated 01.05.2015 is enclosed herewith for perusal of the Hon'ble Court. The Special Leave Petition (Crl.) No. 38153816 of 2015 are pending for hearing before the Hon'ble Court.

It is lastly submitted that Special Leave Petition (Crl.) No. 4577 of 2015 arising out of same judgment was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 03.07.2015 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to direct issue of notice. Copy of the Record of Proceedings dated 03.07.2015 is enclosed herewith for perusal of the Hon'ble Court. The Special Leave Petition (Crl.) No. 4577 of 2015 is pending for hearing before the Hon'ble Court.

The applications above mentioned are, therefore, listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
