*" "*Shri R. Basant, learned Senior counsel who has been gracious enough to act as a Mediator submits that in the process of mediation, three option have been evolved. In order to pursue further, some more details are required from the parties. Learned mediator has furnished two proformas for the purpose of ascertaining the details of the properties. Therefore, we direct all the parties to

furnish the particulars in Proforma 1 and Proforma 2 in a sealed cover to the Mediator within one week.

The parties will appear before the learned Mediator on 20.02.2017 at 2.00 P.M. Post on 21.02.2017."

It is submitted that in pursuance of the order quoted above notice was sent to Appellantinperson through Speed Post and Counsel for Respondents on 18th February, 2017 to appear before the Ld. Mediator, Shri R. Basant on 20.02.2017 at 2.00 P.M. Mr. Seshatalpa Sai Bandaur, Advocate has filed Vakalat/Appearance on behalf of Respondent No.2. Certified Copy of Record of Proceedings dated 14th February, 2017 has also sent to Ld. Mediator, Shri R. Basant on 18.02.2017.

Service is complete in all appeals.
