We do not find any ground to entertain this petition under Article 32 of the Constitution of India but in view of the order dated 8th June, 2017 of the High Court of Calcutta at Port Blair in C.R.R. No. 010 of 2017 to the effect that the Superintendent of Police is to ensure that no physical harm is caused to the petitioner. We have no doubt that this order will be complied with by the concerned authority.
