''Learned counsel appearing for some of the respondents submit that there are more than 20 co-owners of the property in question. They intend to discuss the matter whether they would sell the property in favour of the petitioner in terms of order dated 11th April, 2011 and the market rate as on 11th April, 2011. post the matter after four weeks. In the meantime, parties may file additional documents.

It is submitted that in view of the above quoted order, counsel for the parties have not filed additional documents so far.

Service of show cause notice is complete in all the matters.
