"Heard Mr. Colin Gonsalves, learned Senior counsel, Mr. Harish N. Salve, learned Senior counsel, Ms. Pinky Anand, learned Additional Solicitor General and other learned counsel appearing for the parties.

On the prayer made by the learned Additional Solicitor General appearing for the Union of India, the Special Leave Petition is adjourned for one week to enable her to obtain instructions in the matters.

It is informed by Mr. Harish N. Salve, learned Senior counsel that a connected matter is also pending before this Court.

In view of the above, we direct the Registry to place the records of such matter before us on the next date of hearing."

It is submitted that Mr. Dheeraj Nair, Advocate has given a letter stating therein that the Transfer Petition (C) No. 1729-1737 of 2016 is the connected matter pending before this Court as referred to in the Order dated 24.03.2017 and the records (paper-book) of Transfer Petition (C) No. 1729-1737 of 2016 are placed with above said SLP paper-books. Copy of the letter dated 29.03.2017 is enclosed herewith.
