Permission to file the Special Leave Petitions is granted in Special Leave to Appeal (C)......CC No(s). 5333-5338/2017.

Application for impleadment is allowed in Special Leave Petition (Civil) No.7061/2017.

Let notice be issued in both the matters, both in the usual course as also by way of dasti service, returnable on 12th July, 2017.

We are informed by the learned Solicitor General that Transfer Petitions (Civil) Nos.1729-1737 of 2016, seeking transfer of various Writ Petitions pending before different High Courts to this Court, are pending before this Court.

We are also informed by him that the Union of India has also filed (i) Transfer Petitions vide Diary Number 5508 of 2017 seeking transfer of petitions pending in different High Courts, (ii) Transfer Petition vide Diary Number 9715 of 2017 seeking transfer of LPA Nos.104 of 2017 and 105 of 2017 filed before the Delhi High Court to this Court and (iii) Special Leave Petitions vide Diary Number No.9155 of 2017 against the Judgments dated 1-12-2016 and 21-12-2016 of the Delhi High Court.

After having heard the learned Solicitor General, learned Senior counsel appearing for the parties and having regard to the facts and circumstances of this case, we direct transfer of all the matters which are pending before different High Courts to this Court.

Needless to say the proceedings pending before different High Courts shall remain stayed.

Learned Solicitor General has undertaken before us that he shall take all necessary steps in respect of transfer of matters which are stated to be pending before different High Courts to this Court.

As prayed, let the matters be listed on 12th July, 2017.
