Service of notice is complete on the respondent Nos.2 and 3 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf. 09:42:21 TLT Reason:
Await the return of the service of notice already issued to
the respondent No.1. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner shall within a period of four weeks file dasti proof also.

Four weeks time is given to the respondent Nos. 1, 2 to 6 and 8 to file pleadings, if any.
Service of notice is complete on the respondent Nos.7, 11 and 12 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.
Await the return of the service of notice already issued to the respondent No.15. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner shall within a period of four weeks file dasti proof also.
As per postal tracking report notices issued to the respondent Nos. 9 and 14 have been received back with postal remarks "Insufficient address" and in respect of respondent Nos. 10 and 13 have been received back with remarks "Door Locked". Hence, learned counsel for the petitioner shall within a period of four weeks file the fresh particulars of the said respondents and he shall also take fresh steps for the service of notice to them within the same period.
However, Ms. Reshmi Rea Sinha, Ld. Counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. Parijat Sinha, Ld. Advocate-on Record seeks and is given two weeks time to file the vakalatnama and four weeks time to file the counter affidavit on behalf of Respondent Nos. 12 and 15.
