Service of notice is complete on both the respondents but no one has entered appearance on their behalf. Viewed, in that context, the matters shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court, under the rules.

SLP(Crl) No. 1761/2018

Service of notice is complete on the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

As per postal tracking report notice issued to the respondent No.3 has been received back with postal remarks "Incomplete address". Hence, learned counsel for the petitioner shall within a period of four weeks file the fresh particulars of the said respondent and he shall also take fresh steps for the service of notice to him within the same period.
