2. Leave granted.

3. The Registry is directed to summon the records of the Courts below. Upon receipt of the records, the soft copies of the same may be supplied to the counsel for the parties.

4. In the meantime, since the accused person has suffered incarceration for over nine years and nine months, we deem it proper to enlarge the appellant on bail.

5. Accordingly, it is directed to release the appellant on bail during the pendency of the present appeal subject to the terms and conditions that may be imposed by
