I.A. No.10 of 2012 has been filed on behalf of the petitioners for a direction on the Respondent Nos.6 and 7 to include the names of the petitioners, as per their seniority for the panel years 2010-2011 and 2011-2012, for promotion to the post of Sub-Registrar, Grade-II, Registration and Stamps, subject to the decision of this Court in the special leave petition.

• 2 - Having heard learned counsel for the parties, we are unable to accede to the first part of the prayer regarding inclusion of the petitioners in the panel year 2011-2012, since it is the subject-matter of the special leave petition. However, for the panel year 2011-2012, the said Respondent Nos.6 and 7 may consider the case of the petitioners for promotion, which will be subject to the result of the special leave petition. I.A. No.10 of 2012 is disposed of accordingly.
