UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Call for the report and certificate of service in CA No.3166/2011.

The learned counsel for the appellant says that in CA NO.3172/2011, the Hon'ble Chamber Judge has condoned the delay in filing the process fee on 5.12.2011.

The record shows that by an order dated 21.4.2011, the Court has directed to file additional documents in CA Item No.44 -2-

No.3172/2011. When there is specific order to issue notice in CA No.3166/2011. Registry has to verify the record and to find out whether there is specific order to issue notice in CA No.3172/2011 or not.

Learned counsel for the petitioner says that there is some order on 6.5.2011 and 1.8.2011, no such orders are found on record. Registry as well as the learned counsel for the petitioner has to verify the record and to place such orders in file in proper manner.
