UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

• 1. Permission to file Special Leave Petition is granted.
• 2. The High Court of Rajasthan by the common impugned

judgment and order dated 29.09.2022 declined interference in

exercise of writ jurisdiction in view of statutory remedies available to the petitioners before it, who had challenged certain show cause notices/assessment orders, and dismissed several writ petitions. Such judgment and order having been challenged by Welcome Marble Industries (a petitioner before the High Court) in SLP(C) No.1653/2023, this Court by an order dated 27.01.2023 has issued notice on the prayer for interim relief as well as on the Special Leave Petition.

3. In view thereof, issue notice on the application for condonation of delay, prayer for interim relief and on the Special Leave Petition.
