The limited relief claimed in the petition is that the benefit which was given by this Court vide order dated 21st April, 2022 in Civil Appeal Nos.3084-3088 of 2022 shall also be given to the petitioners who are similarly situated.

We see no reason to deny the same relief to the petitioners who are similarly situated.

We, therefore, dispose of the petition with a direction that the petitioners shall also be entitled to the similar relief as has been granted vide order dated 21st April, 2022.

Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
