In the facts and circumstances of the case, we grant two months time to the appellants to vacate the land and remove their plant, machinery etc. etc.
and handover the same to the Airport

Authority of India subject to appellants filing an undertaking before this Court
within two weeks that they shall vacate the premises as directed and that
possession shall be handed over to the Airport Authority of India without any demur or resistance.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, we grant two months
time to the appellants to vacate the land and remove their plant,
machinery etc. etc. and handover the same to the Airport Authority of
India subject to appellants filing an undertaking before this Court within
two weeks that they shall vacate the premises as directed and that
possession shall be handed over to the Airport Authority of India without
any demur or resistance.
