UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

Petitioner has filed an application for exemption from filing the spare copies of SLP for 762 number of respondents. Though the same has been registered as I.A. Nos.1-160/2015 but keeping in view the order of this Hon'ble Court dated 29.4.2015, it is clear that notice to all these respondents is to be issued for the first time, as a result the exemption, as prayed for, is not permissible. The Ld. Counsel is directed to provide the copy of SLP with the Cause Title. If not all the annexures/documents therewith be filed within two weeks' igned by handle. Notice thereafter be issued for 17.8.2015.
