"Delay condoned.

Exemption from filing O.T. is allowed. Learned counsel for the petitioner informs us that the main contesting respondent i.e. first respondent is dead but her L.Rs are already been on record. Hence, let her name be corrected to show through L.Rs and amended Memo of parties be filed. Learned counsel further points out that as per the case of the respondent, the shop in question was only for the need of the first respondent as the sons have already their separate shops. Issue notice."

It is submitted that pursuant to aforesaid order, counsel for the petitioner has on 07.11.2016 filed spare copies alongwith amended cause title hence, the show cause notice to all the 11 respondents has issued only on 17.11.2016. Service of notice is awaited in respect of all the respondents.
