It is submitted that in the instant matter the respondent no. 1 is dead and respondent nos. 2-11 are LRs of deceased respondent no.1.

It is further submitted that as per tracking report on India Post website the notice is delivered to respondent no.2 but no one has entered appearance so far and in respect of respondent nos. 3-7 are undelivered and are without any postal remarks and in respect of respondent nos. 8-11 the same are undelivered with postal remarks "insufficient address" (copy enclosed).

Service of notice is not complete on respondent nos. 3-11.

The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Registrar Court with this Report.
