Opportunity to respondent nos. 1, 2 and 4 to file counter affidavit has already been declined. None appears for respondent nos. 3 and 5 despite due service.

The special leave petition against respondent no. 6 has already been dismissed vide order of Hon'ble Judge-in-chambers dated 07.10.2016. As such, to be processed for listing along

with other tagged matters as and when get ready. SLP(C) No. 13686/2015

Respondent nos. 1 and 2 have already filed counter affidavit. Respondent no. 3 to file counter affidavit within four weeks' time.

Last opportunity is granted to learned counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps for service of notice on respondent nos. 4 to 6 within two weeks' time and notice thereafter be issued. SLP(C) No. 13687-13689/2015

It is submitted that as directed above, fresh show-cause notice to Respondent Nos. 5 and 6 was issued on 30.12.2016 by Regd. A.D. as per India Post Tracking report notice has been delivered to Respondent Nos. 5 & 6 but no one has entered appearance so far. Mr. Mansoor Ali, Advocate, has already filed Vakalatnama / Memo of Appearance on Respondent No. 4. Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 has not filed Counter Affidavit so far. Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 has already filed Counter Affidavit.

SLP(C) Nos. 13687-13689/2015

It is submitted that counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 1-2 in all the matters and Respondent No. 3 in SLP(C) Nos. 13687-13688/2015 has not filed counter-affidavit so far. No one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 4 in SLP(C) Nos. 13687-13688 of though served with notice.

Service is complete.
