Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 1-2 and 4 has not filed counter-affidavit so far. No one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 3 and 5 though served with notice.

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not taken any steps in respect of unserved Respondent Nos. 4 to 6 so far. Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 1-2 has filed counter-affidavit. Counsel appearing for Respondent No. 3 has not filed counter-affidavit so far.

Service is not complete in respect of Respondent Nos. 4 to 6.

SLP(C) Nos. 13687-13689/2015

It is submitted that SLP against unserved Respondent nos. 5 to 8 in SLP (C) Nos. 13687-13688 of 2015 and unserved Respondent nos. 3 to 6 in SLP © No. 13689/15 and has been dismissed vide Hon'ble Judge-in-chambers Order dated 07.10.2016 and cause title has been amended accordingly. Counsel appearing for Respondent nos. 1-2 in all the matters and Respondent No. 3 in SLP (C) Nos. 13687-13688/15 has not filed counter-affidavit so far. No one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 4 in SLP (C) nos. 13687-13688 of 2015 though served with notice.
