Last opportunity of three weeks is granted for filing affidavit of dasti service in respect of respondent no.6.

None appears for respondent nos. 3 and 5 despite due service.

Respondent nos. 1,2 and 4 have been declined the opportunity to file counter affidavit. SLP(C) NO.13686/2015

None appears for respondent no.3 despite due service.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps to effect service on the remaining respondents within two weeks time. Notices thereafter be issued. SLP(C) NO.13687-13689/2015

Last opportunity of two weeks is granted for furnishing fresh address of respondent nos. 5 and 8 in SLP(C) NO.13687-88/2015. Notices thereafter be issued.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps in respect of respondent nos. 6 and 7 in SLP(C) NO.13687-88/2015 and respondent nos. 3 to 6 in SLP(C) NO.13689/2015. Notices thereafter be issued. List again on 4.8.2016."

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has still not filed Affidavit with proof of dasti service in respect of respondent No. 6 so far. Ms. Pragati Neekhra and Mr. Shadan Farasat, Advocates have filed Vakalatnama and Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos.1, 2 and 4 but they have not filed

Counter Affidavit so far. No one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos.3 and 5 though served with dasti notice.

Service is not complete in respect of respondent No. 6. SLP(C)No.13686/2015

It is submitted that as directed vide Court's Order dated 25.04.2016, fresh show cause notice to respondent Nos. 1, 2, 4 to 6 was issued on 18.05.2016 by regd. A.D. Ms. Pragati Neekhra, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/appearance as well as counter affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 and 2. Mr. Shadan Farasat, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of respondent No. 3 but he has not filed counter affidavit so far. Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover has been received in respect of respondent Nos. 4 to 6.

Service is not complete.

SLP(C) Nos. 13687-13689/2015

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not furnished the fresh address of respondent Nos. 5 and 8 in SLP(C) No. 13687 and 13688/2015. Fresh show cause notice to respondent Nos. 6-7 in SLP(C) No. 13667-68/2015 and respondent Nos. 4, 5, 6 in SLP(C) No. 13689/2015 was issued on 14.05.2016 by regd. A.D. Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover has been received from respondent Nos. 6 to 7 in SLP(C) Nos. 13687 and 13688/2015 and respondent Nos. 4 to 6 in SLP(C) No. 13689/2015 so far. Counsel appearing for Respondent No. 1-2 in all matters and Respondent No. 3 in SLP (C) No. 13687-13688 of 2015 has not filed counter-affidavit so far. No one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent No. 4 in SLP(C) Nos. 13687-13688/2015 though served with notice.
