Petitioner has still not filed affidavit as proof of dasti service for respondent no.6. Ld. Counsel has requested one weeks time for the same. Be filed as assured.

Opportunity for respondent nos. 1,2 and 4 to file counter affidavit has already been declined.

Service of respondent nos. 3 and 5 is complete but none has entered appearance.

Service of all the six respondents is still awaited.

Respondent nos. 1 and 2 in all these matters and of respondent no.3 in SLP(C) No. 13687, 13688 of 2015 have not filed counter affidavit. It already was the warning of last opportunity for the purpose. Further opportunity is hereby declined.

Service upon respondent no.4 is complete but none has entered appearance.

Respondent nos. 5 to 8 in SLP(C) No. 13687, 13688 of 2015 and respondent nos. 3 to 6 in SLP(C) No. 13689/2015 are not yet served. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps within four weeks time. Notices thereafter be issued.

List again on 10.2.2016."

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has still not filed Affidavit with proof of dasti service in respect of respondent No. 6 so far. Ms. Pragati Neekhra and Mr. Shadan Farasat, Advocates have filed Vakalatnama and Appearance on

behalf of Respondent Nos.1, 2 and 4 but they have not filed Counter Affidavit so far. No one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos.3 and 5 though served with dasti notice.

Service is not complete in respect of respondent No. 6.

SLP(C)No.13686/2015

It is submitted tha neither AD Card nor unserved cover has been received from all the six respondents so far.

SLP(C) Nos. 13687-13689/2015

It is submitted that fresh show cause notice to respondent Nos. 5 to 8 in SLP(C) Nos. 13687 and 13688/2015 and respondent Nos. 3 to 8 in SLP(C) No. 13689/2015 was issued on 04.01.2016 by regd. A.D. Unserved covers have been received from respondent Nos. 5 and 8 in SLP(C) No. 13687 and 13688/2015 without any postal remarks against respondent No. 5 and "No such person found" against respondent No. 8. Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover has been received from respondent Nos. 6 to 8 in SLP(C) Nos. 13687 and 13688/2015 and respondent Nos. 3 to 6 in SLP(C) No. 13689/2015 so far. Counsel appearing for Respondent No. 1-2 in all matters and Respondent No. 3 in SLP (C) No. 13687-13688 of 2015 has not filed counter-affidavit so far. No one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent No. 4 in SLP(C) Nos. 13687-13688/2015 though served with notice.
