"SLP(C) No.2146/2014

The Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has requested two weeks' time to file the affidavit as proof of dasti service with respect to respondent No.6. Be filed, as assured.

Registry to report the status of the remaining respondents of this petition.

SLP(C) No. 13687-13689/2015

Among eight respondents in SLP(C) No. 13687 and 13688/2015 and six respondents in SLP(C) No. 13689/2015, service upon respondent No.4 of the former set of SLPs is complete but none has entered appearance. Service on behalf of respondent No.3 in this matter is also complete. Vakalatnama has already been filed. Counter affidavit be filed within four weeks. Service report qua respondent Nos.5 to 8 in the former matter i.e.,SLP(C) No. 13687-13688/2015 and that of respondent Nos.3 to 6 in the later matter i.e., SLP(C) No. 13689/2015 is still awaited.

Counter affidavit of respondent Nos.1 and 2 in all the petitions and of respondent No.3 in SLP(C)No. 13687-13688/2015 is also awaited. Be filed within four weeks, as last opportunity.

List again on 24.11.2015.

SLP(C)No.2146/2014

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has still not filed Affidavit with proof of dasti service in respect of respondent No. 6 so far. Ms. Pragati Neekhra and Mr. Shadan Farasat, Advocates have filed Vakalatnama and Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos.1, 2 and 4 but they have not filed Counter Affidavit so far. No one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos.3 and 5 though served with notice.

Service is not complete in respect of respondent No. 6.

SLP(C)No.13686/2015

It is submitted that show cause notice to all the 6 respondents was issued on 13.10.2015 by registered A.D. Neither AD Card nor unserved cover has been received from all the respondents so far.

Service is not complete.

SLP(C) Nos. 13687-13689/2015

It is submitted that counsel appearing for Respondent No. 1-2 in all matters and Respondent No. 3 in SLP (C) No. 13687-13688 of 2015 has not filed counter-affidavit so far. No one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent No. 4 in SLP(C) Nos. 13687-13688/2015 though served with notice. Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing show cause notice has been received from respondent Nos. 5 to 8 in SLP(C) Nos. 13687-13688/2015 and respondent Nos. 3 to 6 in SLP(C) No. 13689/2015 so far.

Service is not complete.
