Opportunity of filing the counter affidavit for the State of Himachal Pradesh and Ministry of Environment and Forests has already been declined.

The presence and the pleadings are otherwise complete.

The matter is awaiting to be listed before the Hon'ble Court alongwith the connected petitions.

SLP(C) No. 2146/2014

Affidavit with proof of dasti service with respect to respondent No.6 has yet not been filed. Be filed within four weeks' time.
