The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 27.07.2015 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased pass the following order:

"Post along with SLP (Crl.) No. D 24128 of 2015 filed by the State Government after removal of defects pointed out by the Registry."

It is submitted that the defects in Special Leave Petition(Crl.) Diary No. 24128 of 2015 filed by State Government has been cured and the same has now been registered as Criminal Miscellaneous Petition No. 12676 of 2015 and both matters are being listed together.

It is further submitted that there is delay of 37 days in filing the Special Leave Petition and the same is accompanied with an application for condonation of delay in filing the same.

It is further submitted that M/s. Patil & Co., Advocate has on 29.09.2015 filed an application for permission to file additional documents along with additional documents. Copy of same is being circulated herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

The application above mentioned is therefore listed before Hon'ble Court with this office report.
