For Respondent(s) UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R Permission to file special leave petition is granted. Delay condoned. Mr. Mukul Rohatgi, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners, submits that the CBI report had indicated that High Officials including the Minister were involved in the scam. The Division Bench of the High Court has now Page No.1 of 2 ordered that High Level Committee be constituted for segregating the tainted candidates from the non-tainted candidates. He submits that High
Level Committee has included the Officers against whom certain observations have been made in the CBI report. He further submits that there is no justification for limiting the enquiry only to
five districts in the State.
In that view of the matter, issue notice.
In the meantime, operation of the judgment
and order shall remain stayed.
