The respondent is present in-person and submits that he has been able to collect Rs.2 lakhs at the moment of which Demand Draft is made available to the petitioner's counsel today. So far as the balance principal amount of Rs. 6 lakhs is concerned, indicated by the High Court in the order which has been confirmed by this Court, the respondent submits that if he is granted four weeks time, the balance amount of Rs. 6 lakhs will be made over by him to the petitioner.
