We find no reason to interfere with the impugned order.

The Special Leave Petition is dismissed.

However, the petitioner is granted three months' time to vacate the suit premises subject to filing of usual undertaking within four weeks from today and payment of rent till the date of vacating by seventh of each month. In the event of failure to abide by either of the two conditions, the petitioner shall be liable for eviction immediately by using police force.
