The Transfer Petition above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 5th

January, 2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the relevant material. Exemption from filing O.T. is granted. Issue notice. In the meantime, there shall be stay of further proceedings in Case No. MP 534/2014, titled as "Shri Gurmukh Singh Darshan Singh Ailsinghani versus Smt. Ravindra Kaur", pending before the Court of learned 2 nd Joint Civil Court, Senior Division, Kalyan, Distt. Thane, Maharashtra."

Accordingly, notice was issued to the Sole Respondent through Registered A.D. Post on 29th January, 2015.

It is submitted that Ms. Tulika Prakash, Advocate has on 25th February, 2015 filed Vakalatnama and Memo of appearance on behalf of Sole Respondent. She has on 20th March, 2015 filed Counter Affidavit after serving its copy on the other side. Copy of the same has been included in the Paper Books.
