UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Learned counsels for the parties are agreed that the matter may be referred to mediation in order to resolve the disputes between the parties. Accordingly, we refer the matter to learned Coordinator, Supreme Court Mediation Centre, to find an amicable solution to the dispute. The parties will report to the learned Coordinator, Supreme Court Mediation Centre at 110, Lawyers' Chambers (R.K. Jain
Block), Supreme Court Compound, Tilak Marg, New Delhi – 110201 on 25th April, 2015 at 11.00 a.m.
The respondent husband will deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand) in the Bank Account of the petitioner wife within a week from today to enable her to meet the necessary expenses for the present. Details of the Bank Account shall be furnished by the petitioner to the respondent.
Report of the Mediation be submitted to this Court after the completion of the process.
List the matters after the receipt of the report of the mediation.
In the meantime, further proceedings in Petition No.112 of 2014, titled as "Ravindra Kaur vs. Gurmukh Singh Darshan Singh Ailsinghani and Ors.", pending before the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Kota, Rajasthan filed under Sections 18, 19, 20, and 23(2) of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 shall remain stayed.
