The Transfer Petition above mentioned has been filed by Mr. Tulika Prakash, Advocate praying for transfer of the Petition No. 112 of 2014, titled as "Ravindra Kaur Vs. Gurmukh Singh Darshan Singh Ailsinghani and Ors" pending before the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate – IV, Kota, Rajasthan to the competent Court at Kalyan, District thane, Maharashtra.

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that Transfer Petition (Civil) No. 1878 of 2014 between the cross parties was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 5th January, 2015, when the Hon'ble Court directed to issue notice and granted stay and is pending. Copy of Court's Order dated 5th January, 2015 is enclosed herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that counsel for the Petitioner has on 31st March, 2015 filed additional document without filing an application for permission to file additional document, however copy of the same is being circulated herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.
