UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R Learned counsel for the appellant and respondents are present. Mr. Ashwini Kumar, Ld. Advocate has stated that he has already filed the vakalatnama on behalf of respondent No.1 but his name has not been reflected in the cause list. Registry shall rectify the database so as to disclose the name of the Ld. Counsel for respondent No.1 in the next cause list. Await for the receipt of the original record. A reminder shall be issued to the concerned High Court. Learned counsel for the appellant is directed to

file the statement of case within a period of 45 days. Learned counsel shall provide a copy of the statement of case to the learned counsel for the respondents against proper acknowledgment immediately after he files the same and the learned counsel for the respondents shall file the statement of case within a period of 35 days thereafter. The matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court in accordance with the rules after the period stipulated above. In the event of -2 default committed by any party in filing the statement of

case within the period provided above, the matter shall be listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber for non prosecution.
