Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn our attention to Annexure P-5 which is an order deferring consideration of Special Leave Petition (C) Diary No.8976 of 2018 in view of the review petition having been filed. We are informed that the review petition has been dismissed.

Learned counsel states that he will take steps for listing of the said special leave petition and the present special leave petition be also tagged with that special leave petition.
